Clinical Coordinator - Charge Nurse - Dialysis

Role: Charge Nurse overseeing dialysis patient care and clinical operations. Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage staffing, and participate in patient care planning. Supervise dialysis treatments, respond to emergencies, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. Promote safety, quality outcomes, and staff education. Collaborate with healthcare team, supervise documentation, and assist with staff recruitment. Conduct staff meetings and participate in quality assurance activities. Ensure proper equipment use and maintain a safe environment. Qualifications RN license with a minimum of 12 months nursing experience, including 6 months in dialysis. Preferably with medical/surgical or supervisory experience. CPR certification required. Excellent communication skills essential. Skills Leadership, clinical expertise in dialysis, regulatory knowledge, staff supervision, patient education, and safety compliance.
