Designer, Premium, Elevated Shopping

The Global Elevated Shopping Team are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join the team to oversee our Premium work-streams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated visual content across our digital platforms, with a focus on designing and producing engaging graphics for homepage, email campaigns, and social media. The ideal candidate will excel at translating premium brand aesthetics into compelling digital experiences partnering with UX Designers to bring this to life, while seamlessly integrating copy, CTAs, and brand elements into their designs. We require someone who can maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touch-points and collaborate effectively with internal marketing and content teams to deliver high-impact assets. The candidate will be well versed with AI tooling with knowledge of UX design, and excited by building scalable solutions to execute regular site refreshes. The successful candidate will bring experience in premium fashion/beauty, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing elevated aesthetic sensibility, along with a thorough understanding of digital design best practices and current trends. Essential qualifications include experience with email marketing and social media design requirements, strong typography and layout skills, the ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creativity, and excellent project and time management skills. A day in the life Collaborate closely with team and stakeholders to conceptualize and realize innovative design solutions. Ensure design deliverables meet exacting quality standards and align seamlessly with brand identities and business imperatives. Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and refinement. Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate their work and foster their professional growth. Actively participate in design reviews and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, showcasing creative achievements. About the team The éShop Design team is a global creative authority redefining luxury and premium brand storytelling. We act as taste-makers—setting the creative vision and establishing the standards that define content excellence across new and bespoke workstreams. We provide creative direction that bridges human artistry with AI innovation: concepting breakthrough campaigns, incubating brand-safe experiences, and developing the pitch materials that shape how Premium and Luxury content is presented. Our role is to define the "what" and "why"—the creative vision, the quality bar, and the guardrails that ensure brand integrity—empowering our studio and digital partners to focus on execution excellence. Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications Bachelor's degree Minimum 5+ years experience in graphic design, with proven premium fashion/beauty sector expertise. Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field Outstanding Design portfolio demonstrating elevated luxury aesthetic sensibility Proven experience with digital design, including email marketing and social media Understanding of digital design best practices and current trends Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creativity Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns Experience planning and executing effective customer research, solo, or in partnership with a UX Researcher Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
