Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift hours, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Surgical Technology, completion of relevant education, Iowa state licensure or eligibility, and at least 0 years of clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience assisting in diverse surgical procedures and familiarity with AORN Recommended Practices
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This position involves supporting the surgical team with instrument handling, maintaining sterile environments, room turnover, and adhering to departmental policies and clinical competencies. The role requires demonstrating responsibility in time management, resource use, and supply handling, while functioning as a collaborative team member.
