About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Head of Treasury to establish and lead its global treasury function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global treasury strategy, managing domestic and international liquidity, and overseeing all aspects of treasury operations, including foreign exchange strategy, pricing, and execution for cross-border payment flows. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's international expansion and requires a leader who can build and maintain correspondent banking and financial institution relationships, as well as develop and implement treasury policies, controls, and governance around various financial risks. Applicants for the Head of Treasury position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive treasury experience, with at least 5 years in roles related to money remittance, fintech, cross-border payments, or payment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-border liquidity management, foreign exchange markets, and international cash management, and a proven track record of building or scaling treasury functions within a fast-growing organization. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves partnering with executive leadership and multiple business functions. The Head of Treasury will also be expected to present treasury strategy, liquidity performance, and risk metrics to senior leadership, and to implement scalable treasury systems and operational improvements.
