At All In Coffee Shop, our mission goes beyond serving great food and coffee—we aim to be a welcoming gathering spot where locals, students, and international guests feel at home. From our signature cinnamon rolls, scones, dessert bars, and cookies to our house-made cakes and savory offerings, everything in our bakery case is prepared in-house with care. As a member of our baking team, you’ll play a key role in creating the scratch-made treats and warm environment our Clemson community relies on every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, shape, and bake daily offerings according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage oven times, temperatures, and proofing schedules to ensure product consistency.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients, notifying management of low stock in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation adhering to food safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of commercial baking or pastry experience (culinary degree is a plus, but not required).
• Strong understanding of yeast doughs, mixing methods, temperature control, and scaling recipes.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work early morning shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and a team-first attitude.
