How you’ll make an impact

• Create, refine, and validate CNC programs for milling and turning operations
• Leverage blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to craft accurate toolpaths
• Select tooling and set speeds/feeds to balance speed, surface finish, and tolerance
• Partner with machinists, engineers, and production to standardize and improve processes
• Diagnose programming and machining issues directly on the shop floor
• Lead continuous improvement efforts with a focus on lowering cycle times

What you bring

• 3+ years programming CNC equipment in a machining environment
• Expertise in milling, turning, and multi-axis concepts
• Ability to read and apply GD&T
• Hands-on machining experience (preferred)
• Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CAM platforms: Mastercam, NX CAM, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM (or similar)
