The Role We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to help drive performance, strengthen culture, and ensure compliance across a multi-state environment. What You’ll Do Employee Relations & Compliance Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and consistency Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions Talent & Performance Support recruiting efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition Drive performance management processes and accountability Identify and develop high-potential talent Culture & Engagement Champion Mesa's Pride, Respect, Trust (PRT) culture across all sites Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and leadership development Act as a visible, trusted HR presence in the business HR Operations & Projects Partner with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence (Benefits, TA, HRIS) Support HR systems, process improvements, and ongoing HR transformation initiatives Assist with M&A integration efforts, including onboarding and cultural alignment What Success Looks Like Leaders trust you as a go-to advisor, not just an HR resource Employee issues are handled proactively, consistently, and professionally You bring structure to ambiguity and help drive business outcomes You balance compliance with practical, business-minded solutions You help elevate leadership capability and team performance What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of progressive HR experience Strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and multi-state operations Experience administering employee benefits and HR leave programs Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-site environment Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience supporting operations, logistics, or service-based industries preferred Certifications (preferred): SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar Why Mesa Be part of a growing organization with real impact and visibility Help shape the future of HR in a modern, evolving environment Work alongside leaders who value partnership and performance Culture grounded in Pride.
