Process Operator / Production Associate – $23+/hr + Growth

We’re hiring Process Operators to support production and loading operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with production or mechanical experience who are comfortable working hands-on and following detailed processes.

• Load and unload trucks following established procedures
• Perform cleaning and sanitation processes (CIP)
• Operate production and control systems
• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork and documentation
• Ensure products are loaded accurately and safely
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Maintain accurate records (written and electronic)

• 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

• Machine operating or process experience
• Troubleshooting or mechanical experience
• Experience in fast-paced production environments

• $23+/hr starting pay with increase potential
• Structured schedule with built-in time off

• Hot production environment (high temperatures)
• 12-hour shifts (day or night)
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cedar Rapids,IA.
