Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations including comprehensive physical exams and detailed medical history assessments
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions via analysis of imaging studies and laboratory results

• Offer intraoperative support by prepping surgical environments, ensuring proper patient positioning, and efficiently handling surgical instruments during procedures
• Provide exemplary pre- and post-operative care, including managing medications, caring for wounds, planning discharges, and educating patients

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical care is highly preferred

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certification necessary
• State licensure (or pending eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
