We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Tampa FL. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be available for the full internship period: Monday June 7th through Friday August 13th 2027. We are unable to accommodate alternate start or end dates.

During this internship youll work alongside Marshs 2500 U.S. Health & Benefits consultants that deliver disciplined and consistent approaches to benchmarking data analytics financial management marketing compliance and communication. • Collect and analyzehealthcare claims and utilization data including cost projections and evaluations
• Supportthe Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
• Assistsenior consultants in reviewing client needs identifying suitable approaches and supporting implementation strategies
• Modelemployee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives
• Help prepareclient deliverables and communications including reports spreadsheets and presentations
• Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks of employers health and benefits plans

What you need to have:

• Progress toward abachelors degreein business mathematics statistics economics health administration health policy or a related major
• Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date ofFall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Preferred minimum GPA:3.0/4.0
• Permanent ongoing U.S. work authorizationwithout the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to workMonday June 7th through Friday August 13th in Summer 2027(no alternate dates)
