Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience with pediatric populations in a school-based setting
• Strong background in writing, implementing, and managing IEPs
• Prior supervision experience is highly valued
• Comfortable with 1:1 therapy sessions and diverse caseloads
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech-language plans for students
• Provide direct 1:1 speech therapy to pediatric learners
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families to promote optimal student outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans
• Supervise and support less-experienced staff as needed
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
