Corporate Attorney (Chicago)

Ginsberg Jacobs LLC seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our Corporate/Tax group in Chicago. Candidates will advise clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures and operating agreements. This role will also advise clients on tax strategy and draft tax opinions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience advising clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures, operating agreements, and tax strategy (including preparing tax opinions)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• CPA license is desirable
• Ability to multi-task; adaptability
