We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys meeting and helping others to fill the role of part-time Customer Service Specialist at our Belvidere Illinois office. Must be results oriented and willing to learn. Join a team that cares about you! Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Being able to communicate with professionalism and empathy while supporting customers and teammates.
- Owning the customer experience with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Performing operational activities such as helping customers and processing transactions.
- Possessing common sense, people skills.
- Willing to pitch in and work for the good of the team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
- Some banking preferred.
Schedule:
- Part-time, consistent hours and scheduling.
- Schedule flexibility available.
- Includes Saturday morning hours.
We are a local community bank in Northern Illinois with offices in Belvidere, Mount Morris and Freeport.
