Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU/CCU RN for an LTAC facility requiring strong ventilator, trach, and drip management skills.

Details

• Long-term acute care (LTAC) facility, CCU unit
• Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:6
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 to 19:00
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Floating in rotation with staff according to unit floating policies and clinical experience

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of current, strong LTAC experience required
• Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and drip titration required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care LTAC setting managing complex respiratory and drip therapies
• Weekend and holiday coverage expected in rotation with staff
• RTO requests must be approved prior to start, with preference against time off during initial assignment weeks
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers
