Senior California Fundraising Director
Democracy Fund
Working Families Party is seeking a California Senior Finance Director to set and drive the fundraising strategy for our work across the state. You will own the California revenue plan, manage significant donor relationships, and build infrastructure to meet multi-cycle goals.
The role requires leadership of a senior portfolio and supervision of staff/consultants, with day-to-day donor research, events, and strategy integration across the organization.
