Senior Counsel - Contracts & Procurement (Public Sector)

The Port of Portland is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to be a hands-on legal partner for contracts and procurement. You will draft, review and negotiate complex agreements across construction, professional services, goods and services, technology, licensing, and intergovernmental contracting. This role requires a JD from an accredited law school, 10+ years of legal experience, and 5+ years of leadership.
