Marriott El Paso is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Attendant to join our team and enhance our guest experience. We are looking for a candidate with a great personality who is committed to providing courteous service and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
JOB SUMMARY:The Concierge/Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for the daily operation of the Concierge Lounge. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving food and beverages to VIP guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Engaging with guests to provide high-quality hospitality.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work areas, chinaware and glassware.
- Completing closing duties, such as restocking items and securing the lounge.
We have the following shifts available:
- AM Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
- PM Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions available.
