  • AVH: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (24 hrs/week)
  • UCVH: Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (16 hrs/week)
• Hours/week: 40 total/hybrid schedule

• Experience: Outpatient and inpatient experience necessary

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient therapy focusing on elbow, wrist, and hand rehabilitation.
• Evaluate and treat shoulder issues including pain, rotator cuff injuries, and post-surgical conditions.
• Confidently manage an outpatient caseload independently.
• Fabricate and fit custom and prefabricated splints as needed.
• Use physical agent modalities to aid patient recovery.
• Cover inpatient swing and Med Surg at a critical access hospital (12 beds).
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support patient progress through personalized therapy approaches.

What You Need:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience with outpatient care, especially in upper limb rehab
• Ability to evaluate and treat shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions
• Proficiency with physical agent modalities
• Transportation for travel between facilities

• Experience fabricating splints and fitting patients with splints
• Independently manage outpatient caseloads with confidence
