Surgery - Vascular Physician

• Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing; specific call dates available (September through December and beyond)
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General Vascular Surgery, Peripheral Vascular, Peripheral Endarterectomy, Vascular Access Devices; Endovascular and Open procedures required; STEMI Call/Cath Lab coverage
• Call Details: Call Only coverage; Beeper call; 30-minute response time required; approximately 3-6 phone consults; 10 patients seen; 1 admission per call shift; assigned patients

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in Missouri, will consider IMLC
• Fellowship: Required
• Credentialing: Estimated 90 days; facility will reimburse vendor for licensing costs
