Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager in Manasquan, NJ. In this field-based role, you will coordinate care for members with complex needs, conduct in-home assessments, and develop individualized care plans. We seek a compassionate RN with at least 3 years of experience and an unrestricted license in New Jersey.
