Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation and meal setup
Follow therapeutic diet guidelines and portion standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas
Wash dishes, sanitize work areas, and follow food-safety procedures
Support cooks and dietary staff with daily tasks
