Spa Receptionist
As a Spa Receptionist at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, you will serve as an ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a memorable spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests, acting as the first point of contact and ambassador for the spa.
- Provide outstanding hospitality by anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service.
- Schedule and manage spa appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and team members to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in spa or customer service environment preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and members.
- Ability to act as a positive ambassador for The Resort at Longboat Key Club.
