What We’re Looking For:

Proven Shop Experience: Extensive technician experience in a dealership or busy independent setting.

Diagnostic & Mechanical Mastery: Strong capability in electrical, mechanical, and drivability troubleshooting.

Top Dog Mindset: Reliable, efficient, quality-focused, and committed to fixing it right the first time.

Hyundai Experience: Preferred, but not required—we will provide paid factory training for the right technician.

What We Offer:

Flat-rate pay ranges from $25 to $61 per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications. Current technician performance averages approximately 85% proficiency. Monday–Friday schedule with every other Saturday.
