Overview A well-established health services network in New York City is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their Inpatient Mental Health team on a Part-time basis. About the Opportunity Shift: Part-time Schedule: 1 day per week Hours: 8:30am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm Setting: Inpatient Mental Health Facility Patient Population: Adults Responsibilities Acting as a Physical Therapy Consultant Assessing and evaluating client’s condition to develop a treatment plan Reviewing client’s treatment goals, treatment, and medical history Performing standard muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests Administering appropriate physical therapy treatments Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Active NYS Physical Therapist (PT) license Experience in an inpatient setting Documentation of treatment services Strong communication skills Team collaboration abilities Desired Skills Bilingual Experience with the Mental Health population Consultation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
