What You'll Find Here

35- Hour Clinical Work Week

Full-time therapists spend 35 hours per week in scheduled clinical care, with dedicated time for documentation, development, collaboration, and other professional responsibilities.

 

Competitive Compensation + Performance Bonus
$90,000- $120,000 base compensation based on clinical experience, plus structured performance bonus opportunities.

Work directly with experienced clinicians and leadership to sharpen clinical reasoning, navigate challenging cases, and continue developing your craft.

Qualifications

· Graduate of a physical therapy program meeting applicable requirements for New York State licensure

· Current New York State Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain NY licensure

· Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and relationship-building skills

· Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and continued professional development

· Alignment with ProMet's core values

 

New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master or Bachelors of PT (MPT,BPT)

· Active New York State PT license
