Regional VP, Turf Sales & Growth Strategy

Shaw Industries, via Shawgrass West, seeks a Regional Vice President to lead the regional sales strategy and drive growth across markets. You will coach Territory Managers, set priorities, and translate strategy into action while building a high-performing sales organization. Expect travel 2–3 weeks per month and frequent engagement with landscape architects, dealers, distributors, and contractors to promote Shawgrass products in Dallas and adjacent markets.
