Mental Health Clinician Youth Full-Service Partnership (Youth FSP) Starting Compensation 75000 - 85000 USD Per Year Working Location Fresno, CA (Oupatient) Working Hours/Shift 4-day/10-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday), based on availability. Employee Recognition & Rewards A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What You Bring To SBHG Education and Experience Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required. One (1) year direct service experience in a mental health setting required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted). Mental Health Specialist II: Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required. Requirements A valid California Driver’s License and compliance with Agency driving eligibility criteria. How You Will Make a Difference Provides clinical services to youth, adolescents, and families by assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the treatment team. Facilitates treatment meetings, provides individual, family, and group therapy, and delivers services in homes, schools, community settings, and the office. Assists with crisis intervention, case management, and connecting clients to resources while maintaining accurate and timely documentation, reports, and outcome measures in compliance with agency requirements. Division/Program Overview Population Served: Serving ages 11-18 Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle. Clinical Services: Individual Counseling. Skills & Services: Medication management, Housing, Education, and Vocational Support services.
