CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mill & Lathe) Job Overview Our Aerospace client is seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. We are hiring one CNC Mill Operator for first shift and two CNC Operators for second shift (Mill and Lathe). The ideal candidates will have experience operating CNC machinery in a precision manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce aerospace components Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools Make basic program edits and tool offsets as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Document production data and report any quality or machine issues Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe) Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred Experience working with Client parts, programs, or facilities is a strong plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Benefits Competitive pay with shift differential Consistent four-day workweek Opportunity to work in a growing aerospace manufacturing environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
