What You Get to Do Partner with Commercial Affairs, Blending, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to develop annual plans, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analyses. Deliver clear, actionable insights through monthly financial reporting and variance analysis. Drive cost‑management strategies and implement financial best practices across departments. Collaborate with cost‑center owners on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. Train team members on financial systems and processes to strengthen P&L accountability. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university; MBA a plus; or a combination of experience and/or education. Ideally, 7+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years supporting senior management; energy or utility industry experience preferred. Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Oracle, Planful (or related FP&A application experience), strong analytical and communication skills. Self‑starter, collaborative, deadline‑driven, and adept at presenting complex financial data clearly.
