Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Engage with customers to identify potential repair or improvement opportunities and communicate project details. Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including a presentable appearance and well‑maintained tools. Work independently while coordinating with management, office personnel, and customers. Punctually complete projects, delivering high‑integrity work and exceeding customer expectations. Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication skills to interact with management, office staff, homeowners, suppliers, and commercial customers. Professional presentation, a reliable vehicle, and organized tools. Reliable, efficient, and committed to customer satisfaction. Benefits Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend work. Positive, collaborative work environment.
