What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document clinical activities and patient progress in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education and counseling
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students as needed

What You Need

• Valid licensure and certifications in Occupational Therapy (state-specific requirements)
• Relevant OT experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
