Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Owning the customer journey, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will develop tailored communication strategies, design educational programs for high-intent sellers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lifecycle marketing efforts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the lifecycle strategy by mapping the seller journey and creating segmented communication tracks Design nurture and educational programs to accelerate time to value for high-potential sellers Collaborate with Risk, Product, and Data teams to integrate lifecycle communications with onboarding paths Required qualifications Experience in lifecycle marketing, Product-Led Growth (PLG) onboarding, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech Proven ability to build sophisticated nurture campaigns and automated education loops Commercial acumen to differentiate messaging based on seller readiness Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Data Analysts, Marketing, Product & Engineering, and Risk Operations Driven by a "Learn Fast" philosophy with a focus on testing hypotheses and proving ROI efficiently
