Are you looking for a rewarding career in the dental industry? All Kids Dental of Suffolk is seeking a skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team in Suffolk, Virginia. As a privately-owned pediatric dental clinic providing specialized care for infants, children, and teens, we are dedicated to creating a positive and comfortable experience for our young patients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and insurance claims
- Coordinate financial arrangements with patients
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
- Answering patient calls and scheduling appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
Required Skills:
- Experience with insurance claims(reimbursement/ reconciliation)
- Experience with reports(accounts receivable, aging, etc)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with OpenDental & NexHealth software
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Front desk experience
Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $42,000.00 annually
