Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Operations Supervisor, where I developed a strong background in leadership, organization, and team development. I’m a proud University of South Florida alumnus, husband, and father. Growing up in a military family helped shape my appreciation for discipline, hard work, and teamwork - and outside of the office, you can usually find me on the golf course whenever I get the chance. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
