Sales Manager

Micronesian Brokers, Inc., a division of Jones & Guerrero Company, Inc., is a market-leading FMCG distribution company seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute high-impact sales initiatives, expand market share, and drive sustainable revenue growth across a dynamic and competitive market. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets. Performance Management: Oversee route-to-market execution and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to support informed decision-making. Customer Relationship Management: Perform duties as outlined in the advertisement. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field a plus. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, as well as retail and foodservice dynamics. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
