We strive to provide our community with access to a natural alternative to traditional medicine while creating well-paying jobs and advocating for legislation recognizing the medicinal potential of cannabis.Primary Function:The Housekeeper position is an entry-level position within the Qualla Enterprises, LLC organization and is established to aid with daily custodial duties for properties operated by Qualla Enterprises.Reports to: Housekeeping SupervisorSupervises: nonePay Grade/FLSA Status: H6/Non-exemptQualifications:· Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check· Must be 21 years of age or olderDuties/Responsibilities:· Sweep, mop and vacuum floors· Emptying of trash cans throughout property· Clean and disinfect restrooms· Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and submit orders as necessary· Clean and disinfect common areas· Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed, such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging pipes· Examines properties for safety hazards and reports hazards to appropriate staff· Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment· Excellent standards of cleanliness and organization· Detail oriented with a willingness to learn· Good personal hygiene and neat appearancePhysical Demands:· Must be be able to kneel, stoop, bend, grasp, reach, twist· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.** The above list is not an exhaustive list of all job duties, requirements, and physical demands.
