Job Description Animal Hospital of Orange Grove located in Gulfport, MS is looking to add an experienced Client Service Representative to our team! If you want to work in an energetic, successful practice where you can enjoy your workday, we have an opportunity for you!
About Us
We are a full-service veterinary hospital with 3 doctors, 8 veterinary technicians, 2 kennel technicians, and 3 receptionists with room to grow! We strive to offer our clients the best possible care for their pet while providing exceptional customer service. The atmosphere and morale of the clinic are very important and we highly value effective communication to both clients and team members.
Our receptionists are the gateway to our practice and offer a warm welcome to our dedicated clients and patients at every visit. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and all things client relationships. We work with a combination of paper charts and a user-friendly computer system to manage our medical files and communications. We have an experienced front desk team who will work closely with you to ensure you have every opportunity to prosper at AHOG.
