This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of sales, architecture, and practice management—ideal for someone who enjoys both client engagement and rolling up their sleeves on complex enterprise performance management (EPM) projects. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth Strategy (30–40%) Own and grow client relationships within the Oracle EPM ecosystem Develop and execute go-to-market strategies Qualify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities Drive expansion across both net-new logos and existing accounts Solution Delivery & Architecture Lead design workshops and architect end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions Oversee implementations across EPM Cloud modules including FCCS, ARCS, and Planning Partner directly with executive stakeholders to align solutions to business needs Guide delivery teams through solutioning and execution Manage a $5M+ P&L with growth targets of $8–10M Build, mentor, and scale a team of functional and technical consultants Ensure delivery quality, promote innovation, and foster collaboration Align practice operations with broader organizational strategy Qualifications 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, Planning, ARCS) Proven track record in sales, go-to-market strategy, and client relationship development Strong background in financial close, forecasting, reporting, and consolidations Ability to lead both functional and technical aspects of complex Oracle EPM projects Executive presence and ability to communicate with C-level audiences Demonstrated success managing consulting teams and growing P&L Preferred Experience Familiarity with Hyperion on-prem, Oracle Cloud ERP, EDMCS, or Narrative Reporting Knowledge of data integration tools and cloud architecture CPA, CMA, or Oracle EPM certifications Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment Why Apply Competitive compensation and bonus package Leadership role with room to shape strategy, delivery, and team culture High-visibility position with ownership of a growing, client-facing practice 100% remote role with preference for CST-based candidates Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales, Business Development, and Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Softworld, a Kelly Company by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Sales Executive” roles.
