Marathon Staffing is hiring reliable Forklift Operators for a long-term, full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth. We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded associates who enjoy working overtime when needed.

Location: New London, NC

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime opportunities available on Saturday

Pay
Starting at $16.00/hour

What you’ll need

• 2+ years forklift experience
• Sit-down and stand-up forklift experience
• Tractor trailer experience
• Reliable transportation to New London, NC
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass forklift certification

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks of filled or empty bins, barrels, and bottles
• Stack bins as necessary and move product between storage and production areas
• Complete required paperwork for forklift operations
• Minimize damage to equipment and product
• Perform forklift inspections and report any safety issues
• Fill forklift with propane as needed
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
