Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; facility manages heavy ortho caseloads.
Experience with Prompt EMR preferred.
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day for PTs; 12–13 for PTAs.
Current resume required to submit as a substitute.
