About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology and Systems to lead the strategic direction, and operational oversight of its technology infrastructure, systems, and processes. The successful candidate will be a seasoned technology leader with a passion for digital transformation, operational excellence, and security and compliance. This executive will be responsible for aligning technology strategies with business objectives, leading large-scale IT initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include overseeing the IT Project Management Office, ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects, and driving digital transformation through the implementation of emerging technologies. The role also involves managing cybersecurity and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, leading IT services and process excellence, and overseeing the development and optimization of business system applications. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology and Systems role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in IT leadership, including at least 5 years in an executive capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, cybersecurity, SOX, and systems management in a regulated environment, as well as a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
