Operations Research Analyst

Pacifica Hosts Inc. seeks applicants for the following full-time position at its San Diego, CA worksite for $84,614/year: Operations Research Analyst Conduct data analysis to support business operations, inform expansion strategies, and assist in developing new business initiatives. Use statistical software to model and assess current and projected trends in real estate development, sales performance, and market conditions. Apply quantitative methods and analytical techniques to support decision-making under uncertainty, including forecasting, Monte Carlo simulation, and queuing theory. Work with probability concepts such as binomial and normal distributions, event probabilities, and Bayesian analysis. Collect and analyze historical data from databases, including geographic, demographic, sales, and customer feedback, to improve and optimize operational systems. Requirements Master's (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Data Science, or related field. Education or experience must include: Data Systems, Data Management, SQL, Statistic Analysis, and Machine Learning.
