Project Manager — U.S. Coast Guard (DCO-I)

Overview Join our team as a Project Manager and support the U.S. Coast Guard Directorate of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor (DCO‑I) by leading all contractor work performed under this task order as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. You will manage a multi‑discipline team, deliver monthly status reports and biweekly progress meetings, and ensure timely, high‑quality performance across the program's administrative, technical, and financial support requirements. Position is contingent upon contract award. Work Schedule and Location This full‑time on‑site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Lead and own all work delivered on the contract, serving as the primary point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Manage a multi‑disciplinary team providing administrative, technical, and financial support Prepare and submit monthly status reports covering progress, schedule, travel, and recommendations Meet with the COR every two weeks to review progress and resolve emerging issues Keep the team aligned with USCG rules, safety practices, and professional standards Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi‑discipline teams in support of Government contracts. Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
