Our 100+ year legacy is built on a single mission: driving long-term success for the businesses and communities we serve.What We OfferTop Compensation: $20.00 - $45.00/hourMedical, dental, and life insurance, flexible spending account, and a 401(k) plan with company match.Paid factory training, certification reimbursements, and a strict policy of promoting from within.Modern, clean, bright, and well-heated shop with flexible scheduling and generous PTO.Uniform & boot program, plus employee referral bonuses.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostic work, and repairs on a variety of medium and heavy-duty vehicles.Complete repair orders and parts usage forms accurately.Maintain clear communication with supervisors, team members, and customers.Respond to road service calls as required.Position RequirementsHigh school diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent experience.Minimum of one year of experience in automotive, truck, or bus repair.Must own and maintain the hand tools required for daily job functions.Proficient with computer operations and diagnostics.Valid driver's license.Physical DemandsAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, twist, stand, walk, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment safely.The physical requirements described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
