Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Technician for one of its clients in Illinois .

This is a 2-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.

 

Job Type: Patient Care Technician

Duration: 6 weeks, Contract with possibility of extension

Shift: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM

Location: Highland Park, IL 60035

Rate: $20 to $21/hr on W2

 

Responsibilities

·       Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.

·       Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, patient transport, and bedside care.

·       Support nursing staff in Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department settings.

·       Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient condition.

·       Ensure patient safety and infection control standards are followed.

·       Respond quickly in high-acuity and fast-paced clinical situations.

 

Required

·       BLS certificate
