The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a challenging environment. The unit consists of eight beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3. Candidates should be comfortable working with patients of all ages. Common diagnoses include respiratory failure and high-acuity conditions. Night shifts will be from 7 PM to 7 AM, and the role includes working weekends as needed. Applicants must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Dress code allows for any color of scrubs, but casual wear is not permitted.
