Client Care Specialist – Bowie, MD 86330 FYZICAL, the leading physical therapy company in the country, has a Client Care Specialist opening in Bowie, Maryland. Ideally the Client Care Specialist is bilingual in Spanish and English and serves as the first and last person clients see when they enter, making this role critical for daily operations. Responsibilities Gather patient data, schedule appointments, perform insurance verifications, track patient referrals, coordinate evaluations and reevaluations, and process cancellations and no‑show requests. Build and maintain a log of all reports sent to doctors. Collect all payments, complete insurance authorizations, and follow up on insurance verification. Send benefits paperwork to billing companies. Fax reports to physicians. Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival. Skills & Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school graduate or GED equivalent. Excellent communication and multitasking skills, detail‑oriented.
