Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Master's

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend or On-Call Requirement: None
• Coverage area includes Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, and Queen Anne's counties
• Responsibilities include home health admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, routine follow-up visits, multidisciplinary collaboration, and contacting patient providers
