$1,000 - $1,500 Sign-On bonus !!!

American Dental Solutions is hiring a l icensed  Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) for our patient-focused dental practice in Berks County, PA . This is a full-time clinical role with a consistent daytime schedule, no evenings, no weekends, and long-term stability.

About the Role:

As an EFDA at American Dental Solutions, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality restorative treatment and chairside support. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a positive, collaborative environment focused on patient comfort, clinical efficiency, and reliable scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $31 - $35 per hour  with $1,000 - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical EFDA duties including restorations, impressions, sealants, and assisting with restorative dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and instruments to support efficient patient flow
• Support dentists during procedures with strong chairside skills
• Document treatment information accurately and maintain patient records
• Provide patient education and ensure a positive, comfortable experience

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania EFDA license (required)
• Prior experience in a dental practice preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and clinical accuracy
• Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality care
