In this role, you’ll uncover new opportunities, partner with territory reps to close deals, and deliver customized technology solutions that help businesses work smarter, reduce costs, and boost productivity. From document management systems to advanced printers, copiers, and cloud solutions, you’ll be on the front lines of transforming how organizations operate. What Will You Do? As a Sales Development Representative at RJ Young, you’ll be the driving force behind uncovering new opportunities and helping businesses modernize the way they work. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling. Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business. Execute and refine RJ Young’s proven five‑step sales process. Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions. Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem‑solving skills. Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends.
